Elkin Landscape built a new pool and backyard for a villa in Al Furjan. The backyard is 2,230 sqft. The job included a pool, full landscaping, a pergola, a BBQ area, planting, and lighting. It took 120 days, with a dedicated team on site the whole way through.

This backyard was planned as one space, not a pool with things added on later. The pool comes first. Where it sits decides where the pergola goes. That decides where the BBQ area and the lighting run. We plan all of it together before any work starts.
A pergola and a BBQ area both need their own drainage and wiring. Skip that step early, and you end up cutting into finished paving to fix it later.
This project took upto120 days, start to finish. A dedicated team stayed on the job throughout, led by one project manager, two supervisors, and a crew of up to 15 on site.
Yes. Al Furjan is developed by Nakheel, so a pool build here needs Nakheel’s approval as well as the usual Dubai Municipality approval. Elkin Landscape handled both for this project. The homeowner didn’t have to submit anything or manage the process.
Before any pool build starts, Dubai Municipality requires engineering drawings and site plans to be approved.
