At 1,950 sqft, this backyard didn’t have room for waste. The pool was sized to leave space for planting around the edges and a proper lighting layout, instead of filling the yard edge to edge. On a plot this size, that balance mattered more than it would on a bigger yard, since every square foot had to earn its place.
This project took 90 days from start to finish. Elkin Landscape managed design, construction, and every approval directly, so the homeowner only had one point of contact for the whole job.
Yes. Dubai Hills Estate is developed by Emaar, so pool and landscaping work here needs Emaar’s approval alongside the standard Dubai Municipality process. Elkin Landscape handled both directly for this project. Dubai Municipality requires engineering drawings and site plans to be approved before any pool build can start.
